MOUNT RNG is a collection game first. The official page says you roll mounts, cross islands, fight beasts, and chase a catalog of 700 or more rides. A useful first hour follows that order instead of spending Essence before the free bonuses are on.
Before you roll
- Join the experience. Servers hold 12 players. Voice chat and camera are not supported.
- Open Codes and redeem the five strings that October 2026 lists agree on most often: CORTISOL, FORTNIGHT, LESSON5, SIGH, and 2YEARS. Paste them one at a time from Settings.
- Like the game, join TaleSun Studios, and enable notifications. That trio is +20 Luck on the official description.
- Invite friends into the same server. Each friend adds +5 Luck, and the bonus stacks.
Rolling and selling
The dice control sits at the bottom of the screen. Auto Roll is free and sits next to it. Every 10 rolls fills a meter that boosts the next roll. Early pulls such as Roblox Noob are documented around 1 in 6. Those rides are Essence, not a collection goal.
Open the mount menu and sell duplicates. Auto-sell can dump everything under a rarity cutoff so the bag does not fill while you are away. A practical start is a low cutoff, around the common band, then raise it after you own mounts you actually ride. Do not auto-sell a code exclusive. Battle Bus, Johnny Joestar, Haru Urara, Old Floating Cube, and Low Cortisol are identity rides, not fuel.
Essence from those sales is the shop currency. Observed shop uses, with prices that drift by patch:

Treat those Essence numbers as ranges from gameplay notes, not a receipt. Read the live shop tag before you buy.
Where to walk next
The badge spine is Auntum Fields (the catalog spelling of Autumn Fields), Paradise Island, Frozen Reach, Celestial Peak, then The Magma Lair. Some gates also ask you to equip a mount above a rarity floor. Community notes cite examples such as 700,000 and 1 billion. If a bridge refuses you, equip a higher-rarity ride and try again. The exact floor is on the gate, not in the badge text.
Quest boards in the hub ask for things like a roll count or drinking potions. Finish those when they pay potions or a Fast Scroll. Combat is a side loop: higher mounts can use hotbar skills, and hostile mobs reduce your health when you walk into them.
What success looks like
You are set up when free Luck is on, at least one code mount is equipped, auto-sell is not eating exclusives, and you can name the next badge you do not have. Then open the Luck guide before you drink an Ultra potion.
